Accommodation to suit your needs
We collaborate with local accommodation providers in order to offer our students a variety of options. Most are located within 20 minutes from the school and the city center by public transport.
Each of the options described below is chosen through a precise process of selection: facilities, cleanliness, equipment, location and householder attitude. Each accommodation stay is evaluated by the student so that we can have feedback about your experience.

Student residence
We work with our partner, Resa, to offer our students rooms in 8 different student residences around Barcelona. Student residences are ideal for those seeking a living environment among both local and international students. These residences include all-inclusive amenities, covering electricity, gas, water, and internet expenses. Students can enjoy the privacy of their own single or shared room with a dedicated bathroom. Additionally, the student residences have excellent facilities and communal spaces like study rooms and gyms, 24-hour surveillance, and cleaning services. Speakeasy students get a discount on short-term stays.

Shared Apartment
In a shared apartment, you'll have your own room in an apartment shared with other students or young professionals. As the minimum stay is 1 month, this option is more suited to our longer-term students. Normally, you live with 1-2 other people. You will have your own room with a desk, closet, your own keys and access to all shared areas of the flat. Food is not included, but you will have a shared kitchen to cook your own meals. All the apartments have a Wi-Fi connection and linens. We work with external partners Live Further and Spot A Home where Speakeasy students get a discount on the registration fee.

Private Apartment
For private apartments, ShBarcelona and Caterina House offer a wide portfolio of fully furnished, equipped and nicely decorated studios and apartments. You can choose from short term, monthly, and yearly stays. Speakeasy students get priority assistance, and an additional discount on Caterina House rentals.

Local host
We offer rooms with local hosts in Barcelona, where you will have your own room in the apartment of a local person or family's apartment. You will have a desk and closet, your own keys and access to all shared areas of the flat. You will have the option to include breakfast and dinner if you prefer. All the apartments have a Wi-Fi connection and include linens and cleaning.

Learning a new language can be the most frustrating experience, but it can be a very fruitful experience with the right school, teachers, and staff.
