In the winter of 2023 a lucky group of Speakeasy BCN students got to visit the home of French Santa Claus (Papa Noël) at the Christmas Village in Bacarés, France.

In December 2023, Speakeasy BCN students traveled to Bacarés in the south of France with Barcelife. The trip was filled with festive fun, delicious treats and too many photos.
Why we love visiting France with Barcelife
Our cross-border adventure began with a visit to the holiday home of Papa Noël in France: Bacarés
We wandered through the traditional Christmas market finding gifts, checking out the parades and light shows – there was also an ice museum!
The Merry-go-Round, ferris wheel and regular funfair attractions were a hit when combined with French cheeses and wine. We probably had too much fun (and took too many photos).
Barcelife are a great partner to have for trips like these. A lot of students aren't in Europe for long (or have never been) and we love to show them beyond the border or Barcelona.
